 Hi, I'm Tanya Freeman

Licensed Therapist, Mindset Coach, and Torah teacher

I help Jewish women reconnect with themselves, live with more clarity and intention, and create lives that feel aligned — emotionally, spiritually, and practically.

My approach blends Torah wisdom with powerful mindset practices and psychology-based tools, supporting women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something deeper. Whether you're navigating transition, searching for meaning, or craving more authenticity in your inner and outer life — I'm here to walk with you.

This isn’t about doing more or being someone else. It’s about coming home to who you truly are — and learning how to live it fully, with compassion, confidence, and purpose.

MY STORY

It All Started With A Feeling I Couldn't Shake...

I was doing everything right on the outside, but inside, I felt overwhelmed, depleted, and disconnected.

As a frum woman, I knew how to show up for others. But I hadn’t learned how to care for my own emotional world in a way that felt safe, healthy, and aligned with Torah. I often wondered if it was just me… and for a long time, I kept pushing forward, ignoring the quiet signals from my body and soul. Eventually, I couldn’t ignore them anymore.

I turned inward—first through personal therapy, then by becoming a therapist myself. I also deepened my learning in Torah and psychology, exploring how emotional health and spiritual well-being are deeply intertwined. Along the way, I found something I didn’t expect: not only healing, but a more honest, whole, and nourishing way of living.

Today, I bring that integrated approach to the women I work with—through licensed therapy, mindset coaching, and Torah-rooted guidance. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, navigating life transitions, or simply craving more clarity and inner peace, there’s space here for your full self.

You don’t have to choose between emotional health and spiritual growth. You deserve both.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER:

What's Your Next Step?

1:1 Licensed Therapy

If nothing were holding you back… what might life look like?

Through personalized, trauma-informed sessions, we’ll gently explore what’s getting in the way of living with clarity, confidence, and connection. My approach combines mindset work, somatic tools, IFS, and Torah wisdom — to help you move forward from a place of safety, self-compassion, and strength.

Whether you're healing from past pain, navigating a life transition, or simply ready to feel more like yourself again — this space is for you.

Group Programs

There is something uniquely powerful about being seen and supported by others who truly get it. Group healing offers what therapists call a corrective emotional experience — a space where you’re met with empathy instead of judgment, and where your inner growth is witnessed and encouraged.

My trauma-informed groups are grounded in safety, authenticity, and sisterhood. Together, we use tools from psychology and Torah to help you reconnect to your voice, your values, and your vision for your life.

THINGS PEOPLE ASK ABOUT WORKING WITH ME

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I'm already so busy and overwhelmed. How will this be different from other programs that just add more to my plate?

A: I get it—and that’s exactly why I do things differently. This work isn’t about giving you more to do; it’s about helping you get clear on what actually matters to you. The tools I share are simple, flexible, and meant to fit into your real life—between carpools, work, and everything else. It’s not about doing it all perfectly. It’s about finding small shifts that bring more peace, clarity, and connection into your day-to-day life and your holidays too.

Q: I'm worried I'm not “spiritual enough” or don’t know enough Torah to benefit from your programs.

A: You’re not alone in feeling that way—but I promise, you’re in the right place. If you’re feeling that quiet pull for something deeper, that’s all you need to start. This is a space where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have the right background or the “right” level of knowledge. We meet you where you are, and grow from there—at your pace, without pressure or judgment.

Q: How is this different from regular therapy or Torah classes?

A: This work combines the depth of Torah with the practicality of mindset coaching. Therapy often focuses on healing the past, and Torah classes usually focus on learning. Here, we integrate both—with a focus on how to apply the wisdom in your actual life. It’s about taking what’s meaningful and making it real—in your choices, your schedule, and your relationships.

Q: What if I start and realize it’s not the right time or fit for me?

A: That’s a valid concern—and I never want you to feel stuck in something that isn’t serving you. If you join one of my group programs and give it a real try but don’t feel it’s the right fit, we’ll talk about how to make it right. I’m here for your growth, not for rigid rules. The most important thing is that you feel supported and aligned.
